Step 1: For new Waitlist families to My Family Lounge, click on the Register button. You will then be taken through an initial registration process to create your account and confirm your email address
Step 2: Log into your My Family Lounge account and tell us about you and your child, what days you would like to attend and which services you would like to enrol at. This will place your information on our waitlist.
Step 3: If any of your requirements change whilst you are waiting for a position at OzKidz, please log back into your My Family Lounge account and update any changes such as days, services or address/phone number details. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link to reset your password.
Step 4: When we have a place available at our service, we will contact you and email you a letter of offer. To accept the offer, you will need to complete and submit the OzKidz Enrolment Form in My Family Lounge.
To update your enrolment details or change your requested days, click on the Sign-In button below. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Sign-In button and then click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link to reset your password.
Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can book in casual days via the My Family Lounge App or website. To download the App visit Google Play or App Store.
